The Department of Electrical Engineering offers Diploma level courses in Electrical Engineering under the able guidance of Mr. Khokan Dasgupta. The study materials, lab facilities, experiments and projects of this department are designed keeping in mind the current industry requirements.

The Students of Department has repeatedly proven their skills in terms of Project work and selection in P.S.U's (like NEEPCO, State Power Department, P.W.D. etc.), various entrance examinations and private firms.

The Department offers training in most latest and efficient technical software's and simulators such as Orcad P-spice, PCB Designer, Microprocessor simulator, Signal Processing and Control System Tool Box, Power Tools. Also, the department has audio-visual and other modern teaching aids for making the teaching easy and effective.
